Returns & Refunds

In-Store Purchases:
- For in-store purchases, we do not accept returns, but you’re welcome to make an exchange for the full value of the original purchase within 14 days of the original date of purchase. We understand that sometimes it's hard to choose the perfect piece right then and there, so we're more than happy to load the total purchase amount onto a gift card for you. Preferences can change, and we're here to assist you in finding an alternative that suits your needs.

Online Returns and Exchanges:
- Shopping online is hard. Shopping online for unique objects like crystals and jewelry is even harder. Because it can be hard to know for sure how much you love these unique treasures before they’re in your hands, online purchases may be returned if a return request is made within 7 days of the date of delivery. Exchanges can be made within 14 days of delivery.

Restocking Fee:
- For online returns, we charge a 7% restocking fee; however, this fee is waived if you’re making an exchange.

Custom Jewelry:
- Please note that custom jewelry or rings that have been resized are non-returnable, as those pieces have been tailored just for you. If something isn’t right with a custom piece of jewelry, please contact us and we’ll work with you to find a solution.

Product Condition:
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition. Crystals are formed in the earth under immense heat and pressure, so some pieces may have natural textures, chips, or inclusions. This is completely natural and part of the character of the crystal; we try to highlight any distinctive markings in our photos. If your product has been damaged during shipping, head on over to our shipping page for important details on how to handle that so we can get you taken care of. ❤️

Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift Cards
- Sale Items
- Any packaged goods that have been opened and can no longer be sold as new.
- Books with obvious signs of use.
- Any items that could be deemed unsanitary to resell

Readings & Sessions with our Practitioners
- Once you've scheduled a reading and your payment has been processed, we cannot offer a refund for sessions with our practitioners. If something comes up and you're unable to attend your reading, you can reschedule within the reader's availability at no extra charge by emailing team@crystalarium.com at least 24 hours before your scheduled meeting time. If you “no show,” you’ll need to purchase another reading.

Return Shipping:
- Shipping fees for the original purchase aren’t refundable, and any shipping fees incurred during the return process are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.
- If you’re shipping back something that’s more that $100, we’d recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance just in case something happens. Sometimes packages can go missing, and we can’t refund a product we haven’t received. For reference, all our packages ship fully insured via USPS or UPS.

Start a Return or Exchange:
- If you want to return or exchange an item, just give us a shout within the timeframe mentioned earlier. We'll be there to help you every step of the way and give you all the instructions you need for a hassle-free return or exchange.

Refunds:
- Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll contact you to let you know that we’ve received it. We’ll also let you know if there any issues with your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will proceed with processing your refund minus any relevant restocking fees via the original method of payment.
- We process refunds within 1-2 business days of approval. Depending on your specific bank or credit card it can take longer to appear on your statement or in your account, so don’t panic if it doesn’t show up immediately.

Gift Receipts:
- Gift receipts are available upon request and are subject to the return and exchange policies listed above.

Proof of purchase
- In order to ensure a smooth and fair process for everyone, we kindly request that you provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, when requesting a return or exchange. This helps us maintain accurate records and verify the authenticity of the transaction, enabling us to provide you with the best possible service.
